Ingredients
  

  • 1 Julian cut
  • ½ cup Cauliflower-Babycorn-Carrot Cup cut into long pieces
  • 1 cup Chicken pieces Cut the chicken
  • cup Shrimp Clean shrimp head and shell.
  • 1 bunch Mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cornflower
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp raw chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice for dressing
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste  together to make a dressing

Preparation method

  •   First boil the minced chicken with salt
    ◼ Wash ripe papaya, green bell pepper, tomato one by one and cut into cubes
    ◼ Then mix it with boiled chicken mince, chilli powder, lemon juice, salt and olive oil. Serve fun salad.
